Kickboxing is a combat sport focused on kicking and punching. The fight takes place in a boxing ring, normally with boxing gloves, mouth guards, shorts, and bare feet to favor the use of kicks. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or for competition. It also strengthens and tones your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core all at once. You’re moving through the entire workout, causing you to burn more calories while strengthening your muscles. This equates to fat loss, not muscle loss!
After a hard exercise or a long week, pampering your body with sauna and steam is a wonderful way to show your love for it. We provide the greatest experience in town, with a capacity of 35 people in the sauna and 4 people in the steam room. A cold bath after a strenuous workout will also aid muscle recovery.
